  • Check connections FL1 & FL2 for line-to-line voltage.

  • For permanent magnet motors, set FIELD ENABLE parameter to DISABLED.

3-PHASE FAILED

3-phase supply failure.

Cause:

Total failure of supply or missing phase; Blown fuses (thyristor stack or power chassis).

Remedy:

  • Check supply to the controller.

  • Check high-speed thyristor stack protection fuses.

  • Check mains voltage of the Drive (wrong unit/controller voltage).

PHASE LOCK

Supply frequency is outside limits 45 – 65Hz.

Cause:

Supply frequency fault; Synchronization errors caused by distorted supply.

Remedy:

  • Check supply frequency.

5703 RCV ERROR

Invalid data received via P3 port from another Drive.

Cause:

Communication error.

Remedy:

  • Note: Alarm only operates when MODE parameter is set to 5703 SLAVE.

STALL TRIP

Motor stationary, current exceeded STALL THRESHOLD for longer than STALL TRIP DELAY.

Cause:

Mechanical stall or load issue.

Remedy:

  • Check motor load.

  • Note: Alarm only operates when the STALL TRIP parameter is enabled.

OVER I TRIP

Current feedback value has exceeded 280% of rated current.

Cause:

Motor armature windings failure; Badly tuned current loop; Faulty Drive.

Remedy:

  • Check insulation resistance.

  • Check current loop tuning.

  • Refer to Parker SSD Drives for faulty drive.
