Cause:
- Motor/Encoder cable error: Wiring is incorrect or has shorts.
- Parameter error: Motor ID [0x2000], encoder type [0x2001], or encoder form [0x2002] settings do not match motor label.
- Motor phase resistance: Short between phases or ground.
- Machine part problem: Conflict/binding in equipment or motor undersized.
- Drive error: U/V/W phase current Offset is 5% or above rated current.
- Error by noise: Noise interference in wiring.
Remedy:
- Replace motor or encoder cables.
- Modify motor label and parameters to match.
- Check/Replace motor.
- Check machine parts for binding.
- If alarm continues after servo on, replace drive.
- Check FG wiring and match wire sizes.

IPM temperature |
Cause:
- Surrounding temperature: Temperature is over 50 [°C].
- Continuous Overload: Accumulated operate overload percentage [0x2603] is high.
- Motor cable open: Check accumulated regenerative overload [0x2606].
- Drive setting direction: Drive setting status issue.
Remedy:
- Lower surrounding temperature.
- Change drive/motor capacity or tune gain.
- Adjust regeneration resistor setting [0x2009] or use external resistor.
- Refer to “2. Wiring and Joint”.
- If alarm continues after servo on, replace drive.

Current offset |
Cause:
- Motor U/V/W phase current offset too high: The offset [0x2015~0x2017] is 5% of the rated current or higher.
Remedy:
- Rerun adjusting phase current offset.

Continuous overload |
Cause:
- Continuous operation exceeding ratings: Load accumulating driving load rate [0x2603] is high (motor undersized).
- Motor brake error: Motor brake is not holding.
- Parameter setting error: Motor ID, Encoder type/form mismatch or Standard load rate setting [0x200F] issue.
- Hardware/Wiring: Machine binding, Motor cable short, or Encoder cable short.
Remedy:
- Change drive and motor capacity; Please tune gain.
- Provide power to motor brake.
- Modify parameters to match motor label info.
- Set standard load rate to proper value.
- Check machine part.
- Replace motor or encoder cables.

Cause:
- Surrounding temperature: Temperature is over 50 [°C].
- Drive error: Displayed value [0x260B] differs significantly from actual surrounding temperature.
Remedy:
- Lower surrounding temperature of drive.

Cause:
- Capacity excess: High frequency operating or continuous regenerative operating.
- Parameter setting error: Invalid settings in [0x2009] ~ [0x200E].
- Main power input voltage error: Main power supply issue.
- Drive error: Regenerative resistance temperature issue in Servo-off status.
Remedy:
- Adjust value for 0x2009. Use braking resistor.
- Set parameters as correct values.
- Recheck the power supply.
- Replace the drive.

Cause:
- Parameter setting error: Check [0x2015] value offset current.
- Motor cable error: Cable is disconnected.
- Motor error: Open circuit of U, V, W in motor or cable.
- Drive error: Specific alarm signal occurs persistently.
Remedy:
- Process the Phase Current Offset Control procedure command.
- Replace the motor cable.
- Replace the motor.
- Replace drive if alarm persists after eliminating other causes.

- If power input is correct but DC link error persists, Replace the drive.

- Set longer acceleration/deceleration time.
