| F01*Heat sink temperature | Cause: The heat sink temperature is too high; the limit is set by the manufacturer to 80°C. Remedy: Check drive cooling, fan operation, and cabinet ventilation. |
| F02*Overvoltage | Cause: Overvoltage in the DC-link circuit; the limit depends on the mains supply voltage. Remedy: Check mains supply voltage and braking resistor. |
| F03*Following error | Cause: Message from the position controller. Remedy: Check control loop settings and mechanical movement. |
| F04Feedback | Cause: Cable break, short-circuit, short to ground. Remedy: Check feedback cables and connectors. |
| F05*Undervoltage | Cause: Undervoltage in DC-link; the limit is set by the manufacturer to 100V. Remedy: Check mains supply voltage. |
| F06Motor temperature | Cause: Temperature sensor faulty or motor temperature too high; the limit is set by the manufacturer to 145°C. Remedy: Check motor load, cooling, and temperature sensor wiring. |
| F07Auxiliary voltage | Cause: Internal auxiliary voltage not OK. Remedy: Internal device error; check power supply or contact service. |
| F08*Overspeed | Cause: Motor running away; the speed is higher than permitted. Remedy: Check velocity loop parameters and motor connections. |
| F09EEPROM | Cause: Checksum error. Remedy: Reset device; if error persists, replace unit. |
| F11Brake | Cause: Cable break, short-circuit, short to ground. Remedy: Check brake cabling and connections. |
| F12Motor phase | Cause: Motor phase missing (cable break or similar). Remedy: Check motor power cables and connections. |

| F16*Mains R1A/R1C | Cause: 2 or 3 supply phases missing. Remedy: Check mains supply phases and fuses. |
| F17A/D converter | Cause: Error in the analog-digital conversion. Remedy: Internal error; switch off/on. If persistent, replace unit. |
| F18Regen | Cause: Regen circuit faulty or incorrect setting. Remedy: Check regenerative resistor hardware and software settings. |
| F19*Main phase | Cause: A main supply phase is missing (can be switched off for 2-phase operation). Remedy: Check supply phases or configuration for 2-phase operation. |
