IPM fault

Cause: The instantaneous output of the power module exceeds the short-circuit current.


Remedy:

  • Check for short circuits in motor wiring.

  • Check power module condition.

Overcurrent

Cause: The output current exceeds the allowed working current of drive.


Remedy:

  • Check motor load and drive capacity.

  • Check for mechanical jamming.


Err03
DC overvoltage

Cause: The DC voltage on the main circuit is abnormally high.


Remedy:

  • Check input power supply voltage.

  • Check braking resistor/unit.


Err04
DC undervoltage

Cause: When the motor is powered on to run, the DC voltage on the main circuit decreases lower than the protection value.


Remedy:

  • Check input power supply stability.

  • Check wiring connections.

FWD overspeed

Cause: The motor rotation speed exceeds the forward speed protection value.


Remedy:

  • Check speed command settings.

  • Check motor parameters.

Module overtemperature

Cause: The drive temperature exceeds the module protection temperature.

  • Check cooling fan operation.

  • Check ambient temperature.

Cause: During motor parameter autotuning in diagnosis mode, current does not follow, timeout occurs, or the resistance test value is invalid.
